Ultrawoman Rauda is the current Commander of the Space Garrison.
She is a legendary heroine of the Land of Light and the sole survivor of a mysterious battle that took the lives of the Ultra Brothers and most other elite Ultras over 20 000 years before the events of Ultraman Leg. During that catastrophe Rauda managed to save the Land of Light from complete annihilation, sacrificing both her arms in the process.
After her promotion to Commander of the Space Garrison she embarked on a mission to build up the strength of the Land of Light again after the tragic loss of most of its best warriors. However, she mysteriously refuses to unveil the details of that fateful day to any Ultras that were born after it.
