Summary[]

The prologue begins with the Scorpium Ultra, Virus leads his personal army on his journey towards Earth via an asteroid. Before Virus himself descended on Earth, he ordered his army to set up his personal fortress at the forgotten Land of Atlantis, which is beneath the Atlantic ocean. Virus then flew towards Jupiter after detecting an Ultrawoman's flight movements in the opposite direction. Virus performs a dashing attack towards her, sending both of them crashing on several silvery craters and pools of golden liquid. That place was Ganymede, the largest Moon of the Solar System. The Ultrawoman was called Lila, who has made up her mind to return towards the Land of Light. She exchanged physical blows with Virus after taking on her fighting stance, with the intention of preventing Virus from invading the Earth. After their signature beam clashed with each other, Lila fell as a signal of defeat and afterward, Virus releases particles of injection and swayed Lila to the darkness. Virus then takes an unconscious Lila and went towards his personal fortress. At the Land of Light, Zero and Zeth gave their son the permission to visit Earth, who became increasingly worried after Lila didn't return as expected. Xena and Giga followed afterwards, to render necessary assistance to their childhood friend. (Lila's fall)

On Earth, the Tokyo metropolis of Japan was under attack by the robots codenamed as "King Joe Black" and "King Joe Pink". Riding on his favourite airplane, One Otari began assaulting the robots with repeated energy bullets and missiles while his comrades from SACD helped to evacuate the panicking citizens. However, the assaults on both King Joes were proven to be ineffective as their armor were made from Pedanium material. Otari's airplane accidentally crashed into a projectile fired by the robots and seemingly died in an explosion. Before the King Joes resumed their attack, they're knocked back by a blue energy sphere, who was revealed to be Ultraman One and had fully assimilated himself with Otari to revive his lifeforce. One turned into his blue and red forms respectively, and quickly weakened the King Joes with a combination of fiery physical arts and enhanced speed before returning to his Normal mode and finishing off the robots with his One Cross Shot. Otari later reunites with his SACD friends, as all of them went to celebrate in a bar during the night. (One's arrival)

Back at the SACD Headquarters, Otari sought help from Marina to receive further information regarding the Land of Atlantis. Through Otari, One updated captain Toshiwa and Zena about his adventures after departing from Earth while congratulating Sakura and Kato for becoming married. Alien Nackle appears in the metropolis to invoke chaos and fear among the residents the next day and before he could cause further damage, Giga arrives on Earth and knocked back to alien with a flying kick. After a series of exchanging physical blows, Giga proceeds to eliminate Alien Nackle with his Baraji Shot after overpowering said alien's beam finisher. Reverted to the form of Mirai Tomoya, the SACD gave her a welcoming gesture. Watching the fall of his underlings, Virus deemed One and Giga "weak" and proceeded on with his plan, tasking Silvergon to attack the city. (Giga's return)

The Kaiju was later killed by an arriving Xena, he also received a welcoming toast from the SACD as Haruto while rejoining his childhood friends. The next morning, Alien Temporer began causing wreckage on Tokyo to avenge his fallen allies. Taking on their gigantic proportions, One, Xena and Giga immediately engaged Alien Temporer aerially. The Ultras managed to overcome the alien's heat radiation and electrical powers, before striking him down with their physical and beam attacks. A weakened Temporer fired his Anti Ultra-Brothers Ray before meeting his end as the Ultras combined their signature beams. Their victory was short-lived as Alien Guts made his move by entangling Xena and Giga with his energy drainage ropes and was unable to save themselves from getting crucifixion in mid-air due to exhaustion. One responded out of rage and killed Alien Guts via Aura Form's One Rainbow Light, but before freeing his childhood friends, they demanded him to conserve his energy instead as he heads back to the SACD Headquarters as Otari. (Xena's arrival)

With the essential knowledge he needed from the SACD, Otari went to the countryside and prepared to arrive at Atlantis via the fastest possible way as One. However, the Ultra was suddenly ambushed by Bemstar and Gan-Q, who had evolved into their ex-forms and easily overwhelmed One as fought soft-heartedly to save his strength for the real life. One later realized that Gan-Q and Bemstar were dimensionally-linked and he immediately recalled his father and grandfather's past experiences, he quickly charged-up himself with the sun's energies and entered the dimension shared between the two Kaijus as Crescent mode before destroying them from inside out via his purifying powers. Now assuming his Agile form, One finally arrived at the Land of Atlantis and meets the main antagonist, Virus. The latter congratulated One for killing all his underlings and during both of them's battle, Virus was capable of overpowering One and his other forms as well as demonstrated the ability to break free from One's light dimensional field. After getting defeated, One suffers a similar fate like Lila and was corrupted by Virus' Voiderium. Said particles of infection was also spreaded across the entire globe as Earth enters a state of plague, with the humans and several animal species severely devastated with effects and no known vaccine was capable of curing it. This would eventually turn Earth into a wasteland. (One's fall)

As Earth's situation was very urgent, Zero and Zeth visited the King's Temple and sought to retrieve the Lightning Spark from Ultraman King, and believed that the device was their final hope against Virus and Voiderium. Hence with entrustment from his wife and King, Zero brought a "modified" Lightning Spark towards Earth, which was designed to reverse the effects of Voiderium. Zero proceeded on to free Xena and Giga from their crosses and restoring their energies as the three of them headed towards Atlantis to confront Virus. While Zero managed to distract and brought his battle with Virus to Tokyo, Xena and Giga stayed back to face a corrupted One. Both Ultras were locked in a difficult battle with One, until they fused into Seminar via the power of friendship and successfully purified their childhood friend. Xena and Giga decided to await for One instead, as he ventured deeper into Virus' fortress to freed Lila from the darkness. During the battle, One kept encouraging Lila's return to her senses by confessing his childhood affection to her. Lila was finally purified by One, who managed to tap into his strongest form; Wisdom mode. (Power of love and friendship)

After taking Lila to a safe location, One, Xena and Giga arrived at Tokyo for their final showdown against Virus, who had just defeated Zero and turning him into a statue. With Xena and Giga supporting him, One was capable of evening the combat scores with Virus. The three heroes ended up firing their strongest finishers, which seemingly killed Virus in an explosion. However, the latter had escaped death and forcibly merged with The Dark Matter and declared himself as "Fusion Virus". Weakened from using too much energies, Virus left One, Xena and Giga trapped in their human identifies after defeating them. While Virus seems to be unopposed, Otari as well as Mirai and Haruto firmly believed in the power of bonds instead. As a result of restoring their lost light, the trio subsequently fused into a single entity known as Contrast. Virus engages in an epic battle with said Ultra, but realised his own power and strength was unable to match Contrast's intensive light. At last, the Earth and its inhabitants were finally saved from Voiderium's effects while Virus was obliterated by the final attack of Contrast. (Final Battle)

Otari and Isurugi decided to finish their marriage under SACD as well as Haruto and Mirai's blessings. Zero (previously freed by Contrast's light), was joined by his wife during the ceremony, this marked Zeth's first ever visit on Earth. The movie was concluded with the Ultras present (in their human identities) transformed into their true forms and returning to the Land of Light. While The Dark Matter had died, Virus was reduced to a purplish luminous figure instead and went to the Monster Graveyard. Years later, One and Lila had a daughter named Jane. (The Marriage)
