Summary

Belial was infuriated over One Darkness' redemption to the light. Wanting to commence with his final plans, the Reiyonx Ultra revived Giganto Robotic Spider Zetton. Through the spirit of Gatanothor, Belial created a similar-in-appearance colossal beast codenamed "Hell-Death"; made with fusing Zetton and Pandon.

The Earth was freed from Kaiju threats for the past 2 months. With Kenki, Mirai and Kato joining as new recruits for the SACD, they received intensive training from the captain. Like Otari but specifically referring to their Ultra counterparts, the four of them become more integrated into the human culture and deeply enjoyed the positive influences from the planet. But the ordinary lives within the SACD headquarters soon ended in a particular day, when Giganto Robotic Spider Zetton landed to cause havoc destruction in Japan. The Kaiju was the first being to target the defenders of Earth, while Hell-Death remained stationed in the stratosphere as a backup plan under orders from Belial.

Revealing himself to be inadvertently responsible for that horrific creation, Kato and his Ultra counterpart showed his expertise in firing light halos and gaining an advantage in fighting Giganto Robotic Spider Zetton. But Ultraman Kato was very engrossed in his first fight on Earth, the Kaiju eventually incapacitated Kato with its tentacles and putting him motionless. Not wanting his rival to be defeated, Otari becomes One by launching his sluggers and bailed Kato towards a safe distance. Working brilliantly, both Ultras demonstrated their skills with One transformed into his alternate forms and finally towered down their gigantic-sized opponent. Giganto Robotic Spider Zetton was destroyed permanently by their combined finishers.

Weakened from the battle, the Ultras watched as Hell-Death descended from the skies above them. One and Kato attempt to overpower the colossal beast, but within mere seconds, both giants find themselves wounded in their human identities. But before Hell-Death proceeded to destroy the SACD headquarters, the Kaiju was knocked back with the sudden appearance of Ultraman Xena and Giga...
