Rigger is an alien Kaiju and Ultraman Legacy's 7th opponent.
History[]
Like C.O.V, Rigger appeared on Earth via a meteorite. After surfacing, Rigger began rampaging until the AKDF arrived to take out the Kaiju. Rigger proved to be quite durable, and shorted out the AKDF's weapons with his Electromagnetic Waves. Rigger was about to enter a city when Ultraman Legacy appeared to confront the monster. Rigger's electromagnetic waves caused the town to black out, however since his eyes glow bright red, Legacy had no trouble seeing Rigger after this occurred. So fail on Rigger's part. Anyway, Legacy attacked the alien Kaiju, and because Rigger had no real attacks of his own besides physical strength, the monster was quickly defeated, getting tossed away from the city before being blasted into oblivion by Legacy's Legacy Beam.

- Haha get it, Legacy's seventh opponent is a monster from Ultraseven. I'm so clever (not really)
- I considered using Dinosaur Tank or Crazygon instead of this guy but Rigger is far more underrated so I have him this spot.
- Rigger is Ultraman Legacy's weakest opponent so far.
