Jamila (ジャミラ Jamira?), also known as Jamira and Jamilar, was originally a female astronaut named Jamila Miller (ジャミラミリ Jamira Miri?) who crash landed on Mars and was transformed into a monster by Alien Bat. She returned to Earth with a vengeance for the human race, but was about to killed by Ultraman Neos, he was stopped by John Miller, realizing that Jamila was once a human being that was mutated by Alien Bat and she was the wife of John Miller. Jamila was transformed back to a human by Neos.

- Jamila's roar is actually a baby's crying very low-pitch, to make the monster sound more tragic.
- In the series, Jamila's gender was changed to be a female, this is a reference to the English dub version of Ultraman, Jamila was identified as a woman, but in the Japanese dub he was identified as a man.
- Jamila's role in the episode was to pay homage to episode 23 of Ultraman, except changed definitely.
