Garulu (ガルーダ, Seishinkō) is a prisoner who manage to escape from the Hell prison, a servent to Ultraman Emperor and one of the monster who can evolve by absorbing the Dark Matter. Garulu only appeared in the movie Ultraman One and Ultraman Reuz vs Showa Ultra : Cho Final Showdown.
History[]
Garulu is a prisoner for his crime killing female beast and monster across the galaxy and was capture by Ultraman Emperor. He was first scene battle Reuz one on one battle when Reuz defeat Faust, soon Ultraman Jack and Ultraman Ace come to gave aid to Reuz and battle Garulu who absorb dark matter turn to an humanoid beast.
Ultraman Jack and Ace use their Ultra Syndrome plus with Ultra Barrier to block Garulu, giving Reuz a chance to strike. Reuz transform into Limit Mode, automaticly summon his Reuz Saber and Reuz Energy Spark Saber, accelererate to slice Garulu evolve with duel slash attack.

Evolve Form[]
- BlackHole Barrier:Garulu Evolve can summons a blackhole barrier to block attacks.Attacks are sent back to the creator with stronger power.
- Fire Bombs:Garulu Evolve can fire fire energy bombs from either hand or both.It is like regular energy slash but they are medium in strength.
- Darkness Beam:By using the dark matter power,Garulu can fire a very powerful purple and dark beam from his both hands.It is his strongest attack.
- Power Absorb:Garulu Evolve can absorb the powers of other beings in close contact.
- Claws:Garulu had longer claws and are stronger in terms of power and strength.

- Ultraman One also battle againts Garulu but Garulu was save by Ultraman Emperor before One take his chance to battle againts the ultra.
