Elly is the computer expert and analyzing the monster attack and weakness. She is the Youngest member of FEARS. She is the second member after Commander Nakamura who didn't follow the mission to Mars because of sickness. She later will reappeared back in Final Mix +.

Abilities and Power[]
- GG Shooter: A small fire arm, it fire a special bullets where it can hit a monster easily. It more like a hand gun where the members hang on their belts. Beside's bullets, i can shot red lasers from it, while changing the mode of the Gun.
- Shining Bomb: A bomb which is use to distract the monster attention. It can also be launched by the Rizer Shooter.
- Past and Future view : Although her appearance makes her look like an ordinary Girl, she actually have the power to see the future and past but only for a short moment. This power also manipulates people around and Commander Nakamura is one of the people that been manipulates by the power and he can see the future as well. This power can manipulates the people who knew the user for a long time.

- Unlike Kyouka, Elly often sees her sister as rival in exams and grades. They always have the same highest mark during high school and have try many ways to change it but failed, at last they graduate together and their intelligence are valued by people.
- Her birthday is on 24th May same as Mikasa Inou.
