A middle aged man of African descent, he has an atheltic build, a thick mustache, combed short hair and brown eyes.
History[]
Originally an Air Force squadron leader, Harrison was one of the first to engage a monster. Seeing how ineffective modern weapons were he was one of the first to join the newly created STAR. He was a logical leader who valued science and logistics over simple militarism. Due to these traits he rose to become STAR's leader. Since then he had been in contact with the mysterious Saul, STAR's unseen benefactor.

- STAR training: Despite rarely going into the field, he wa a solder before STAR and is trained like all STAR combat members.
